About Fit Fab Fiftyish
Fit Fab Fiftyish launched in November 2019 and is an independently owned and operated personal blog by Sally Berger based in Melbourne, Australia. Fit Fab Fiftyish aims to encourage women 50+ to be active, healthy and happy in midlife.
Articles are based on my own experience, ideas and opinions. I am not a medical practitioner or a qualified fitness instructor. Please consult your doctor for advice specific to your health and wellbeing, or before starting a new fitness or nutrition program.

What personal data I collect and why I collect it
I love readers to comment on my blog posts and be part of a conversation. When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so I can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

You can also request that I erase any personal data I hold about you. This does not include any data I am obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
